Opendesk's download offering has helped it establish a unique presence in the market. The disruptive form of content marketing and community engagement helped us establish the brand in a congested market and develop an effective user/ customer acquisition strategy. I've worked alongside an agile product development team to develop Opendesk's download flow, engaging in user experience design, interaction design, systems design and content marketing/ management strategies.
